While ticket sales for this unique event end Thurs., April 16 at 8:00pm, anyone can register, view, and bid on several wonderful silent auction items online! For instructions on how to register, view, and bid, please see the “SILENT AND LIVE AUCTION” information below.
We encourage ticket holders to revisit this page as the event nears since updates will be added as necessary. A pre-event email will be sent to you 24-36 hours prior to the event so please be on the lookout as it will include any last-minute details/changes.

Important Information for Ticket Holders!

PARKING
Railside –
All railside ticket purchasers were sent an email from “admin@aikensymphonyorchestra.com”, subject “Horses & Harmony Railside Parking Information” on April 10 (a subsequent email with additional information was sent on April 16, subject “IMPORTANT Horses & Harmony 🐴Wine 🍷Bidding 💵& Railside Parking Information🎟️🎼”) with general information and your “preferred parking” pass.

Gallery –
All gallery ticket purchasers are welcome to park in the general parking area. Volunteers and officers from the Sheriff’s office will be in attendance to direct traffic.
Once parked, all ticket holders should stop at the check-in tables.
Note that wheelchair accessible parking will be available.

 

WINE & FOOD (Note that all bar/food service will pause during the equestrian performance)
Railside –
As previously advertised, your railside ticket comes with one bottle for every two tickets purchased. We want to make sure to have your preferred wine ready for you so please take a moment and visit This Link to complete your request.
Gallery –
At check in, you will receive 2 drink coupons/ticket. Feel free to visit the bar to enjoy!
Note that soda and water are complimentary and additional wine will be available for purchase at $30/apiece and $10/glass. This is a cash only bar – no credit cards, venmo, etc.

Event Overview

We are thrilled to bring HORSES & HARMONY back to Aiken for a fifth time! Seats for this fundraising event, celebrating Aiken’s love of both the arts and equestrians, will sell quickly!

Join the Friends of the Aiken Symphony as we welcome spring with an event unique to Aiken! Accomplished riders perform in tune alongside Maestro Scott Weiss and professional musicians from your Aiken Symphony!

TICKETS: Available as singles, couples, or consider gathering friends and purchase a table for 8! Railside seats, $250 (includes premier railside seating, VIP parking, complimentary water/soda, food as noted below, and 1 bottle of wine for every two tickets purchased). Gallery seats, $150 (includes seating at a 2nd or 3rd row table, a complimentary glass of wine, food as noted below, and water/soda). Regardless of your table location, you’ll be enjoying a feast for the eyes, ears, and more!

FOOD: The award-winning team from Berry’s Catering will provide delicious heavy hors d’oeuvres on their signature grazing tables.

SILENT AUCTION: A curated range of items and experiences will be offered. Details on these items and instructions on how to bid using your mobile device will be provided nearer the event.

The gate opens at 2:30 pm. The program will begin at 3:30 pm and end at 6:00 pm.
